While we aim to help you visualize your fit before you buy, we understand there may be instances where returns are necessary. Please review our policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The item significantly differs from the virtual preview due to vendor-side errors.
  • Return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

📦 Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products purchased under flash sales, final clearance, or Deal of the Day offers.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products that match the selected size, style, and virtual preview with no quality issues.
  • Innerwear, swimwear, or custom-stitched garments due to hygiene concerns.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Mirrago Account.
  2. Go to My Orders > Order Details > Request Return.
  3. Provide your reason, upload supporting images (if applicable), and submit the request.
  4. You will receive pickup instructions within 1–2 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and verify your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
  • You may choose Mirrago Wallet Credit for quicker refunds (processed within 48 hours).
  • Refunds may be partial if part of a bundled offer was returned.

⚠️ Refunds will not be issued for items that fail return inspection.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please:

  • Return the item as per this policy.
  • Place a new order for the preferred product.

6. Return Shipping Fees

  • Free reverse pickup for damaged, defective, or misdelivered items.
  • For other return reasons (size issues, change of mind), a flat return shipping fee may apply and be deducted from your refund.

7. Vendor-Specific Products

Some products are fulfilled directly by Mirrago-verified vendors. In such cases:

  • Returns may be subject to vendor-specific approval and pickup timelines.
  • Refunds will only be processed after vendor verification.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping.
  • Once shipped, the order must be received and then returned under this policy.
